1. Scope and controller
This policy applies to the Nopule: Number Puzzles mobile application (bundle/package identifier com.toolne.nopule) and the website at nopule.toole.com.
Nopule is published by Nopule publisher. The publisher’s complete legal name, registered office and support email will be added before public release.
2. Information collected by the app
Version 1 of Nopule does not require an account and does not intentionally collect or transmit personal data to the publisher. It contains no advertising SDK, analytics SDK, in-app purchase, subscription, chat, public feed or server-backed gameplay.
The app does not request access to contacts, precise location, camera, microphone or photo library, and it does not request permission to track you across apps or websites.
3. Information stored locally
Puzzle progress, game settings, language preference, mode and difficulty choices, and high scores may be stored on your device so that the app can remember your choices and restore longer puzzles.
This information is not sent to the publisher. You can remove it by clearing the app’s data where the operating system provides that option, or by uninstalling the app. Device backups are controlled by your operating-system and backup settings.
4. Sharing and links
Sharing is initiated by you through the operating system’s share sheet. The destination app or service you select processes shared content under its own privacy policy. Nopule does not read your contacts or determine where you share.
When gameplay links are enabled in a future app version, a link may contain an encoded puzzle or game state in its URL. It is designed to contain game data, not your name, account or device identifier. Do not add personal information to a shared link. Web hosts and messaging services may process the URL as part of delivering it.
5. This website
This website does not use advertising, behavioural analytics or non-essential cookies. The language switch is carried in the URL and is not saved in browser storage.
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical request information, such as IP address, request time, requested URL and security signals, to deliver and protect the site. That processing is governed by Cloudflare’s applicable privacy terms.
If you choose an email link, your email provider and ours process the information you include in your message. Please do not send sensitive information that is not needed to answer your request.
6. Children
Nopule is a general-audience logic-puzzle product and is not directed specifically to children. The current version does not use accounts, personalised advertising, behavioural analytics or public communication features. A parent or guardian should supervise device and store use where appropriate.
7. Your choices and requests
Because version 1 does not create an account or send gameplay data to the publisher, the publisher normally has no server-held gameplay profile to access, correct or delete. Local progress is controlled on your device.
If you contact support, you may ask about, correct or request deletion of the correspondence held for that support request, subject to applicable legal obligations. We may need reasonable information to identify the relevant conversation.
8. Security and international delivery
We use reasonable measures appropriate to the limited information we handle. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Website requests and support communications may be processed in countries other than your own by hosting and email providers.
9. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy before introducing features that materially change data handling, such as advertising, analytics, accounts, cloud sync, payments, online sharing or public user content. The current effective date will be shown at the top of this page.
